COURSES AND SEMINARS
Staff training is a fundamental part of good service that the Pueblo Bonito Group offer, for which through the Letty Coppel Foundation, courses and seminars of all levels are given to all levels to increase the service level that the contributors offer the guests.
Among the most important areas of training for the contributors, there are the following:
Ecology: Actions to be taken place are taught to the contributors to care for the environment in their work areas.
Emergencies: It is of great importance that the contributors know how to act upon an emergency situation for the security of their coworkers and guests.
Specific Courses: Are courses exclusively focused for their work areas. Some of these courses are: cocktail courses, supervision, software management, wines, leadership, electricity, refrigeration, service quality, among others.
Health: Among the courses that are given in this area there are: cervical uterine cancer prevention, human papilloma, oral health and vaccine campaigns.
Chemical products: The suppliers issue the corresponding training for the correct use of such chemical products.
To support the training given in our hotels a program called assigned trainers was implemented, they shall be in charge of training the new personnel in all the necessary areas to carry out their work
