SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES
Within the professional development of the contributors, Pueblo Bonito Group through the Letty Coppel Foundation, encourages the organization of sporting events and activities for the integration of the staff of each of the hotels.
Among sporting activities, inter-hotel soccer and basketball tournaments may be mentioned in men’s and women’s categories, and also baseball and soccer teams in local leagues.
Within the most important activities for contributors that there is in the groups’ hotels, there is the contributors’ party, where the best contributors of each month are given prizes, on birthdays and at the end of the event the contributors perform an artistic act.
Another one of the most important events is the traditional Christmas party, with a big dinner-dance where the best contributors of the year are given prizes and gifts are raffled among the attendees. But the most awaited moment is the raffle of two cars among the best contributors of the year of the group's hotels.
During the year there are diverse activities that encourage a good work atmosphere among the contributors of the hotels: which include: King cake (Rosca de Reyes), Mini-managers, mothers day festivities, fathers day festivities, departmental gatherings, issuance of labor positions, day of the secretary, pilgrimage of the day of the Virgin Mary and day of the Dead, among many other events.
