Señora Letty Coppel es Galardonada en la ciudad de Mazatlan, Por su gran calidad humana, noble corazón y loable labor realizada en beneficio de las personas necesitadas, fue reconocida su hermoso altruismo, con la medalla Corazón de Oro, primera que otorga la Asociación Mexicana de Mujeres Empresarias A.C., Capítulo Mazatlán en este puerto.
María del Rosario Garzón Zúñiga, presidenta de la AMMJE Mazatlán; Ana María Sánchez, presidenta Nacional de la AMMJE; fueron las encargadas de entregar la medalla y el reconocimiento a la galardonada.
En su mensaje Garzón Zúñiga subrayó que la medalla significa reconocer a la mujer mazatleca por su trayectoria, talento, dedicación y dinamismo, contribuyendo al desarrollo de su comunidad, preocupada siempre por la niñez y hacer el bien sin mirar a quien.
Durante el homenaje realizado en el salón Las Fuentes del Hotel Pueblo Bonito, se proyectó un video con imágenes del trabajo realizado por la fundación que preside la señora Coppel, al mismo tiempo que se leyó su biografía.
Y posteriormente, la galardonada muy feliz agradeció tal distinción y en su mensaje expresó: “Desde muy pequeña su familia le inculcó que compartir lo mucho o poco que posee, es la mejor manera de vivir feliz, con esta premisa he vivido toda mi vida”. “Es precisamente la Fundación Letty Coppel una de mis pasiones, porque mantiene una de sus metas principales, apoyar siempre a los más necesitados, a las personas y su entorno, lo que les suceda y su desarrollo, creemos en la familia y por eso la apoyamos”.
Al finalizar el acto protocolario, se tomaron las fotografías del recuerdo, y luego los asistentes, entre las que se encontraban damas de la AMMJE y amistades de la Señora Letty, disfrutaron rico desayuno e interesante conferencia.
On September 4th, the Letty Coppel Foundation gave out pantries, sheets and lenses for people from low-income in the city. This delivery was made in coordination with the association a helping hand, who was commissioned to conduct socioeconomic studies of all the beneficiaries of this program.
On August 29, the Foundation Letty Coppel handed 50 scholarships for disabled children and 20 for older adults on Germán Evers court in coordination with DIF. as every month the foundation gave out these supports for families benefited from this program.
On Saturday August 24 was held a delivery of backpacks and school supplies to the children of collaborators of pueblo bonito’s hotels in Mazatlan. Backpacks were also awarded to low-income people through radio programs in this city.
On the other side the best averages for middle and high school student’s children of the collaborators were awarded, tablets were given as prizes to the winning students.
With these activities, the Foundation Letty Coppel supports the family’s economy this back to school and reward the best students.
Through sport they pretend to drift away addictions from the youth, that’s why the foundation letty coppel supported this cause. They benefited more than 20 young people who integrate a sports team and will be participating in a local league.
On August 1st, Letty Coppel Foundation in coordination with Fernando Pucheta delivered 200 pantries and 20 tied sheets to low-income people of Mazatlan. The place of delivery was near the office of Fernando Puchetas facilities and the center of town.
Since early beneficiaries were present at the delivery event where they received support mainly elderly, single mothers and families in extreme poverty.
On July 25, the Foundation Letty Coppel gave out the monthly scholarships for 50 disabled children and 20 elderly in coordination with DIF Mazatlan. The Foundation continues with this program, beneficiaries were on time to receive the support that Letty Coppel Foundation hands them each month.
On July 19, the closing of the summer courses was held at the Mazatlan youth integration Center where the children of employees of the Pueblo Bonito hotels showed what they learned during the courses that were offered.
Among the demonstrations that were made were: dancing, football , karate and boxing as well as manual works , those attending the closing ceremony were the children’s parents that attended these summer courses .
Youth Integration Center in coordination with the Foundation Letty Coppel, held this activity that lasted 15 days for the benefit of children, children of employees.
On June 27, the Letty Coppel Foundation gave out 70 scholarships that are delivered every month to 50 children and 20 elderly disabled. These scholarships are provided in coordination with the DIF Mazatlan. The place of delivery is the court Germán Evers, since very early beneficiaries get there to receive their support.
One of the most important programs for Letty Coppel Foundation is to support disabled children and elders in extreme poverty.
On June 18, the letty coppel foundation supported the women radio to organize a movie theater function for father’s day; tickets were delivered to the radio station where they conducted the promotion of this event.
The function was held in the Cinemas Las Gaviotas in the Golden Zone in Mazatlan, families completely filled the room where the film “Superman” was projected
